Group Training Policy

Bulk Seat Pricing

Per-seat pricing decreases as seat count increases, applied automatically at checkout based on the number of seats entered. See the "Bulk Pricing" table on either course's enrollment card at Pricing for current tier discounts.

Mixed-Course Group Enrollment

Many employers enroll their crew in Excavation, Trenching & Shoring Safety Training and their designated Competent Person(s) in the advanced course as a combined order. Contact us to coordinate a combined invoice across both courses.

Pay by Invoice

Groups can choose the "Pay by Invoice" option at registration to finalize payment after enrollment details are confirmed, consistent with our Refund Policy's 30-day cancellation window.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

For teams needing centralized completion tracking or a company LMS integration, SCORM packages are available through HAZWOPER OSHA Training - see the "Also Available Through HAZWOPER OSHA Training" section on each course page, or contact support to discuss reporting needs for larger groups.

Substitutions

Seat substitutions (swapping one enrolled student for another before course access begins) can generally be made by contacting support before the substitute student has started the course.
